This document provides guidance on the data collection methods, hydro-economic models and new software to improve water allocation and early warning of water scarcity developed by The Water for Tomorrow partnership. Water for Tomorrow brought together water resource experts together from England and France to develop and test a suite of tools to help us all understand and adapt to a future with less water.

The Water for Tomorrow project was part of the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme, and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
