Hi Chris

In case you’ve not already seen it we’ve put together a Citizen Science Resource Pack available on the CaBA website.

Citizen Science and Volunteer Monitoring

It isn’t an exhaustive guide, but it does provide a collection of useful links, contacts, technical references and case studies which other CaBA partnerships have used and shared, including details of different types of monitoring kit.

You might also want to take a look at some of the presentations from the recent Catchment Data and Evidence Forum, in particular this presentation by Westcountry Rivers Trust about their citizen science monitoring programme.

Kind Regards

Lucy

Hi Polly
I haven’t used Realtime board so not sure exactly what functionality it has, but it looks like a project management / team task allocation app? If you want a way to present the ongoing actions and show progress within your story map, then could you embed it on one of the tabs? If you are looking for alternatives, then the only similar thing we’ve tried was Allthings (http://www.allthings.io/) which again you could embed within a tab as an external website. It’s not free, but they did offer a charity discount – I’m afraid I can’t remember the price, but you can try it out for free for a couple of weeks.
cheers,
Michelle
