I am looking into the different online tools available to host a catchment plan.

I have used Arc GIS story maps to help display and explain the data, as well as map out projects. However I am looking for a way to host the middle element, which is aims, objectives and actions. I would prefer this to also be online, rather than a PDF document to download. Has anyone got any suggestions of tools for this, or templates on Arc gis?

For example, I have ised realtime board to host the draft Beverley Brook CP but you only get so many free boards.https://realtimeboard.com/app/dashboard/Anything else like this?

    Thanks

    Hi Polly
I haven’t used Realtime board so not sure exactly what functionality it has, but it looks like a project management / team task allocation app? If you want a way to present the ongoing actions and show progress within your story map, then could you embed it on one of the tabs? If you are looking for alternatives, then the only similar thing we’ve tried was Allthings (http://www.allthings.io/) which again you could embed within a tab as an external website. It’s not free, but they did offer a charity discount – I’m afraid I can’t remember the price, but you can try it out for free for a couple of weeks.
    cheers,
    Michelle

    Hi Polly,

Have you considered using the cascade story map template? This is narrative focused rather than map focused: https://storymaps.arcgis.com/en/app-list/cascade/tutorial/

You could also create an operations dashboard to track project progress: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/operations-dashboard/overview

    Hope this is useful,
    Anneka
